矿用掘进机智能化改造设计及应用分析

Design and Application Analysis of Intelligent Transformation for Mining Tunneling Machines

  • 摘要: 针对矿井掘进工作面作业环境恶劣,掘进机的自动化、智能化掘进水平偏低的问题,该文重点对掘进机掘进作业进行了智能化改造,设计了掘进机智能截割监控系统,介绍了系统的硬件部分及软件部分,并进行了应用测试。测试结果表明,该系统可实时监测掘进机截割情况,自动控制截割过程,促进了掘进作业的减人增效,为掘进工作面的自动化、无人化发展提供了技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In response to the harsh working environment of the mine excavation face and the low level of automation and intelligent excavation of the excavation machine, the intelligent transformation of the excavation work of the excavation machine is emphasized in this article. The intelligent cutting monitoring system of the excavation machine is designed, and the hardware and software parts of the system are introduced. Then application testing is conducted, and the test results show that the application of this system can monitor the cutting situation of the excavation machine in real time, automatically control the cutting process, promote the reduction of personnel and increase efficiency in excavation work, and provide technical support for the automation and unmanned development of the excavation work face.
