基于Wilson-theta法的起重机传动系统瞬态振动特性研究

摘要: 文章以越野起重工程机械传动系统为研究对象,在对其车辆传动系统组成以及工作原理进行分析的基础之上,建立起重机前端传动系统的离散振动模型,并采用解析法求解系统的模态频率;同时采用Wilson-theta法对系统的扭转振动时域特性进行计算与分析,从而得到了起重机传动系统在任意转速下的扭转振动规律,为后续开展越野起重工程机械传动系统低振动设计提供理论指导。Abstract: The transmission system of cross-country crane construction machinery is taken as the research object in this article. Based on the analysis of vehicle transmission system composition and working principle, the discrete vibration model of crane front-end transmission system is established. The modal frequency of the system is solved by analytical method. At the same time, the time domain characteristics of the torsional vibration of the Wilson-theta system are calculated and analyzed, thus the torsional vibration law of the crane transmission system at any speed is obtained. This study provides theoretical guidance for low vibration design of the drive system of cross-country lifting construction machinery.
