基于鞭打试验的某座椅总成优化研究

摘要: 某车型座椅总成在C-NCAP 2024鞭打试验中的主要失分点是颈部伤害值与上颈部扭矩。根据试验结果分析出假人上肩部受力较大、头枕刚性不足等缺陷。为此,建立了座椅的有限元模型,并根据分析结果提出了针对性的优化方案,通过计算结果证明了优化方案的可行性。最后按照优化方案改进了座椅样件,并通过实物试验进一步验证了方案的有效性。Abstract: The major loss in the whiplash test of C-NCAP 2024 for a car seat assembly is in NIC and upper neck moment. Larger force on upper shoulder of dummy and insufficient stiffness of head restraint are the defects analyzed from the test result. The finite element model of seat is established, and optimization proposals are thus determined and proved by calculation. Seat sample is improved according to the proposals, and effectiveness of the scheme is verified through physical tests.
