附件质量对附件机匣齿轮错位量的影响分析

Influence Analysis of Accessory Quality on Gear Misalignment of Accessory Gearbox

  • 摘要: 为了研究附件质量对附件机匣齿轮错位量的影响,首先在Romax软件中建立了附件机匣齿轮传动系统的模型,在不考虑附件质量的情况下,对齿轮错位量进行了仿真计算;当考虑附件质量时,机动过载会将附件质量的影响成倍放大,因此又计算了在考虑附件质量和机动过载时的齿轮的错位量。结果表明,在考虑附件质量和机动过载时,某些齿轮的错位量明显增大,这将导致偏载,加剧磨损,降低齿轮寿命,因此应考虑采用齿轮修形等手段减小错位量。

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze the influence of accessory quality on the misalignment of accessory gearbox gear, firstly, an accessory gearbox system model is established in the Romax software. Then, the gear misalignment is calculated without considering the accessory quality. When considering the accessory quality, maneuver overload will amplify the influence of accessory quality; Therefore, the gear misalignment is calculated with both accessory quality and maneuver overload are considered. The results show that when considering the quality of accessories and maneuvering overload, the misalignment of certain gears increases significantly, which will lead to unbalanced loading, aggravate wear and reduce the service life of gears. Therefore, measures such as gear modification should be considered to reduce the misalignment.
