大型齿轮箱焊接箱体铸件缺陷修复

Repair of Defects in Welding Box Castings of Large Gearboxes

  • 摘要: 为处理大型高精度齿轮箱焊接箱体精加工或成品阶段的铸钢裂纹缺陷,避免因缺陷问题影响交付进度或带来较大经济损失,提出一种小电流多层多道焊、尖锤锤击释放应力、振动去应力修复方法。文中重点从超声波探伤、着色检验、焊接工艺评定、变形检测、硬度检测和应力检测等多维度论证该修复方法的有效性。结果显示,经焊接工艺评定的补焊工艺修复的箱体超声波探伤和着色检验合格,零件未发生变形,且硬度检测、应力检测结果均合格。通过变形检测、应力检测等多维度论证表明,该方法能有效控制变形和残余应力,合理可行,其分析论证及修复方法对类似缺陷的处理有重要的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to deal with the defects of cast steel cracks in the precision machining or finished product stage of large high-precision gearbox welding boxes, and to avoid affecting delivery progress or causing significant economic losses, a type of small current multi-layer multi pass welding, pointed hammer impact stress release, and vibration stress relief repair method is proposed in the article, focusing on demonstrating the repair method from multiple dimensions such as ultrasonic testing, penetration inspection, welding process evaluation, deformation detection, hardness detection and stress detection. The ultrasonic testing and penetration inspection of the repaired gearbox welding boxes after the welding process evaluation are qualified; the welding boxes have not undergone deformation, and hardness and stress testing results are qualified. Through multi-dimensional verification such as deformation detection and stress detection, it is shown that this method can effectively control deformation and residual stress, which is reasonable and feasible. The analysis and repair methods have important reference value for treatment of the similar defects.
