Design of 2MBDYF-5 Soybean and Corn Composite Film Planter

  • 摘要: 为提升大豆玉米复合带状种植机械化水平,设计了集成铺膜、点种、镇压、施肥、覆土、滴灌带铺设等作业功能于一体的2MBDYF-5型大豆玉米复合铺膜播种机。依据甘肃省大豆玉米带状复合种植模式的农艺要求,提出了大豆玉米复合铺膜播种机整体设计方案,对玉米穴播器取种器、大豆穴播器等关键核心部件进行了创新设计,并在黄羊镇天桥村开展大豆玉米带状复合铺膜播种机田间播种试验。试验结果表明,所设计播种机整机工作稳定,可靠性高,种子破损率<0.1%,大豆空穴率控制在2%以下,玉米空穴率控制在1%以下,大豆粒距合格率为100%、玉米粒距合格率为100%,各项性能指标均满足当地种植的农艺要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the mechanization level of soybean and corn composite belt planting, a 2MBDYF-5 soybean and corn composite film planter is designed in this article, which integrates the operation functions of film laying, seed spotting, suppression, fertilization, soil covering and drip irrigation belt laying. According to the agronomic requirements of the soybean and corn strip composite planting mode in Gansu province, the overall design scheme of the soybean and corn composite film planter is proposed, and the key core components of the corn burrow planter seed picker and soybean burrow planter are innovated; and the field sowing experiment of the soybean and corn strip composite film planter is carried out in Tianqiao village, Huangyang Town. The test results show that the whole machine is stable and reliable, the seed damage rate is less than 0.1%, the hole rate of soybean is less than 2%, the hole rate of corn is less than 1%, the qualified rate of soybean grain distance is 100%, and the qualified rate of corn grain distance is 100%. All the performance indexes meet the agronomic requirements of local planting.
