压裂泵连杆组件的结构优化设计与应用研究

Structural Optimization Design and Application Research on Connecting Rod Components of the Hydraulic Fracturing Pumps

  • 摘要: 压裂作业作为油气开采、增储增产的主要方式,在常规油气井改造及非常规油气井完井、增产、提高油气生产效率及保障国家能源安全方面发挥着极其重要的作用。压裂泵是压裂作业中压裂装备的核心关键产品,为延长压裂泵工作的寿命长度、提高其可靠性、稳定性及连续工作时间,该文围绕压裂柱塞泵中的关键核心组件-连杆小头与十字头的连接部位开展结构的优化设计与连接性能提升,使连杆组件的整体承载能力、连接强度、刚度及连接可靠性有了大幅度提升,并通过压裂现场实际作业对其优化结构的可靠性、稳定性进行有效验证,最终证明了该结构优化设计提升了压裂连续性作业时间,实现了油气生产效率的提高。

     

    Abstract: Fracturing operations, as the main way of oil and gas extraction, storage and production increase, play the extremely important role in conventional oil and gas well renovation, unconventional oil and gas well completion, production increase, improving oil and gas production efficiency, and ensuring national energy security. As the core and key product of fracturing equipment in fracturing operations, the fracturing pump aims to improve the service life, reliability, stability and continuous working time of the fracturing operations. Structural optimization design and connection performance improvement around the connecting part of the key core component of the fracturing plunger pump, the connecting rod small head, and the cross head is conducted so as to significantly improve the overall bearing capacity, connection strength, stiffness, and connection reliability of the connecting rod component. The reliability and stability of the structural optimization operation are effectively verified through actual operations on the fracturing site; it improves the continuous operation time of fracturing and achieves improvement in oil and gas production efficiency.
