基于ANSYS Workbench的U型弯管吊具的结构设计分析

Structural Design and Analysis of U-Bending Pipe Hanger based on ANSYS Workbench

  • 摘要: 运用NX软件对U型弯管吊具进行三维建模,并ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对弯管吊具进行静力学分析,得到弯管吊具的等效应力云图、等效应变云图、最大剪切应力云图和变形云图,然后对弯管吊具的强度和刚度进行校核,运用ANSYS Workbench对弯管吊具进行疲劳分析,确保弯管吊具的结构设计方案满足使用工况,为以后类似弯管吊具的结构设计提供一定的理论参考。

     

    Abstract: The three-dimensional modeling of the bending pipe hanger is carried out by using the NX software, and static analysis on the bending pipe hanger is carried out by using the ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software. Thus the equivalent stress cloud diagram, the equivalent strain cloud diagram, the maximum shear stress cloud diagram and the deformation cloud diagram of the bending pipe sling are obtained, then the strength and stiffness of the bending pipe hanger are checked. Then, the ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the fatigue of the bending pipe hanger to ensure that the structural design scheme of the bending pipe sling meets the working conditions. It provides a theoretical reference for the structural design of similar bending pipe sling in the future.
