基于PLC的数控钻床控制系统设计

摘要: 数控钻床作为现代机械加工领域不可或缺的重要设备之一,其加工精度和智能化水平直接关系到产品质量和生产效率。针对数控钻床存在的加工精度低、智能化水平不高的问题,该文设计了一种基于PLC的数控钻床控制系统。该控制系统以欧姆龙PLC控制器为核心,采用半闭环伺服控制方案对X轴、Y轴、Z轴伺服电机进行控制;可将输入数据以BIN格式直接导入至PLC控制器,从而实现自动检测以及远程控制功能。最后构建数控钻床控制系统实验条件并完成实验验证。验证结果表明,设计的数控钻床控制系统加工精度均小于0.01 mm,提升了钻床的智能化水平,有助于提高钻床的产品质量和生产效率。Abstract: CNC drilling machine is one of the indispensable and important equipment in the field of modern machining, and its processing accuracy and intelligent level are directly related to the product quality and production efficiency. Aiming at the problems of low machining precision and low intelligence level of CNC drilling machine, a control system of CNC drilling machine based on PLC is designed. The control system is based on Omron PLC controller and adopts semi-closed loop servo control scheme to control X axis, Y axis and Z axis servo motor. The input data is directly imported into the PLC controller in BIN format to achieve automatic detection and remote control. The experimental conditions of CNC drilling machine control system are constructed and verified. The verification results show that the machining accuracy of the designed CNC drilling machine control system is less than 0.01mm, which improves the intelligent level of the drilling machine and helps to improve the product quality and production efficiency of the drilling machine.
