基于ANSYS的破碎机回转座总成的设计优化

Design Optimization of Crusher Rotary Seat Assembly based on ANSYS

  • 摘要: 回转座是破碎机的重要组成部分。为了实现该机构的轻量化设计,文章对回转座进行了有限元分析;利用SoildWorks软件构建回转座三维模型,并将模型导入有限元软件ANSYS Workbench中;在满足极限工况条件下,以回转座总质量最小为优化目标进行拓扑优化。通过拓扑优化发现,回转座总质量降低了8.59%,最大应力与最大变形基本保持不变,从而证明轻量化设计有效降低了制造成本。

     

    Abstract: The rotary seat is an important component of the crusher. In order to reduce the weight of the structure and achieve lightweight design, finite element analysis is conducted on the rotary seat. The three-dimensional model of the rotary seat is constructed by using the SoildWorks software, and then it is imported into the finite element software ANSYS Workbench; The optimization objective is to minimize the total mass of the rotary seat under the condition of meeting the extreme working conditions. Through the topology optimization, the results show that while meeting the structural performance indicators, the total mass of the rotary seat is reduced by 8.59%, and the maximum stress and maximum deformation basically remain unchanged; thus it could effectively reduce the manufacturing costs.
