微型电动升降平台的数字化设计与制造

Digital Design and Manufacturing of Micro Electric Lifting Platforms

  • 摘要: 针对职业院校技能大赛数字化设计与制造赛项比赛试题要求,设计了一种具有安装拆卸方便、稳定性强、一致性好和方便携带等特点的微型电动升降平台。该平台由电动机、行星齿轮减速机构、剪叉升降机构、丝杠传动机构等部分组成。完成设计后对部件进行了虚拟装配、受力分析、3D打印和装配验证,最后通过样机检测实验,验证了升降台的升降高度和承重能力满足使用要求。

     

    Abstract: In view of the requirements of the vocational college skills competition and the digital design and manufacturing competition, a miniature electric lifting platform is designed in this article, which has the advantages of convenient installation and disassembly, strong stability, good consistency and easy to carry. The platform is composed of an electric motor, a planetary gear reduction mechanism, a scissor lifting mechanism, a lead screw transmission mechanism and other parts. After the design is completed, the virtual assembly, force analysis, 3D printing, and assembly verification of the parts are carried out; through the prototype testing experiment, the lifting height and load-bearing capacity of the lifting platform are verified to meet the application requirements.
