Abstract:
In view of the requirements of the vocational college skills competition and the digital design and manufacturing competition, a miniature electric lifting platform is designed in this article, which has the advantages of convenient installation and disassembly, strong stability, good consistency and easy to carry. The platform is composed of an electric motor, a planetary gear reduction mechanism, a scissor lifting mechanism, a lead screw transmission mechanism and other parts. After the design is completed, the virtual assembly, force analysis, 3D printing, and assembly verification of the parts are carried out; through the prototype testing experiment, the lifting height and load-bearing capacity of the lifting platform are verified to meet the application requirements.
