轻卡驾驶室虚拟台架疲劳分析的应用研究

Research on the Application of Fatigue Analysis Method of Light Truck Cab in Virtual Testrig

  • 摘要: 为了更高效地对驾驶室的疲劳性能进行研究,该文提出了一种测试方法简单、载荷精度较高的获取轻卡驾驶室疲劳载荷的方法。首先建立了该驾驶室虚拟迭代的多体动力学模型,并对中低频路面驾驶室虚拟迭代进行分析;然后对传递路径进行分析,找出了驱动激励位置是不收敛主要影响因素,并成功对迭代模型进行优化改进。实际应用表明:该方法能够快速、准确地获得驾驶室路谱疲劳载荷,其在车身开发前期可有效支持进行驾驶室疲劳性能分析、耐久路试故障复现及疲劳性能优化,具有较好的工程应用价值。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a method of obtaining the fatigue load of light truck cab with simple test and high accuracy is presented. Firstly, the virtual iterative multi-body dynamic model of the cab is established, and the virtual iteration of the cab on the medium and low frequency load is performed. Then the transmission path is analyzed, the driving excitation position is found to be the main influencing factor of the non-convergence, and the iteration model is optimized and improved successfully. The practical application shows that the method can quickly and accurately obtain the cab road load data, effectively support the cab fatigue analysis, the fault recurrence in durable test and fatigue performance optimization in the early stage of body development, and has good engineering application value.
