Abstract:
In response to the problem that welding hot cracks and internal pores are prone to occur during the welding process of 0Cr25Ni20 heat-resistant stainless steel pipes and T2 purple copper, which affects the quality of welding joints, the manual tungsten inert gas welding technology is adopted, and various methods such as reasonably selecting the welding materials, pre heating treatment before welding, controlling the interlayer temperature of the weld seam, and subsequent post welding insulation are adopted to successfully avoid the occurrence of welding hot cracks and pores. Finally high-quality welding joints are obtained, and it has achieved significant results in the practical product structure welding application.
