铰孔加工方法改进及质量提升

Improvement of Reaming Method and Quality Promotion

  • 摘要: 机械加工中对零件的中小孔精度要求较高,而铰削方式是提高中小孔精度的方式之一,铰孔加工常会出现孔径形位精度超差、孔壁拉伤、表面粗糙度等质量问题。为了解上述问题,该文结合工作实践经验,在INDEX车铣复合机床上进行了切削试验,并对铰刀结构、切削参数、装夹找正及冷却液选择等进行了改进,提出了控制铰孔质量的方法和措施,为同类精度小孔零件的加工提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In mechanical machining, high precision requirements for small and medium-sized holes in parts are common, and reaming is one of the ways to improve the accuracy of small and medium-sized holes. In the reaming process, quality problems such as aperture shape and position accuracy error, hole wall damage, and surface roughness, etc. often appear. In this paper, based on the practical experience, the cutting test is carried out on the INDEX turn-milling compound machine tool, and the reamer structure, cutting parameters, clamping alignment and coolant selection are improved; then, methods and measures to control the reaming quality are put forward. It provides a reference for the similar precision small hole parts.
