Abstract:
As the core component of the plate straightening machine, the surface quality and accuracy of the straightening roller directly affect the straightening effect of the plate. In this article, measures of improving the clamping efficiency, positioning accuracy and operational safety of the outer circle grinding operation of the straightening roller in the plate straightening machine are studied. Aiming at the problems of long clamping time, low efficiency, poor accuracy and safety hazards caused by the cooling sink hole at one end of the shaft head of the straightening roller, a corresponding optimization plan is proposed. Through implementation of the design principle and process plan, the accurate positioning of the straightening roller is realized, and its effectiveness and economic value are verified through practice.
