Research and Application of Outer Circle Clamping Device for Straightening Roller Grinding

  • 摘要: 矫直辊作为中板矫直机的核心部件,其表面质量和精度直接影响着中板板材的矫直效果。文章旨在研究如何提高中板矫直机矫直辊外圆磨削作业的装夹效率、定位精度及作业安全。针对矫直辊一端轴头处的冷却沉孔导致的装夹时间长、效率低、精度差和安全隐患等问题,提出了相应的优化方案,通过对设计原理及工艺方案的实施,实现了矫直辊的精确定位,并通过实践验证了其有效性和经济价值。

     

    Abstract: As the core component of the plate straightening machine, the surface quality and accuracy of the straightening roller directly affect the straightening effect of the plate. In this article, measures of improving the clamping efficiency, positioning accuracy and operational safety of the outer circle grinding operation of the straightening roller in the plate straightening machine are studied. Aiming at the problems of long clamping time, low efficiency, poor accuracy and safety hazards caused by the cooling sink hole at one end of the shaft head of the straightening roller, a corresponding optimization plan is proposed. Through implementation of the design principle and process plan, the accurate positioning of the straightening roller is realized, and its effectiveness and economic value are verified through practice.
