Optimization Design of Automatic Locking Structure for Mine Air Door

  • 摘要: 矿用传统风门自动化程度低,需要人工启闭,存在通行效率低、安全隐患大、维护成本高等问题。文章基于某矿传统风门应用工况和风门的结构,分析了风门难启闭的问题,并对风门结构进行了优化,设计了辅助风门开启的装置。经测试应用验证,优化后的矿井风门启闭效率更高,安全性更好,也更易维护保养,促进了矿井通风工作的降本增效,此优化设计可为类似工况下矿井风门的优化改造提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Traditional mine air doors have low automation levels and require manual opening and closing, resulting in low traffic efficiency, high safety hazards, and high maintenance costs. Based on the application conditions of a certain mine's traditional air door, combined with the structure and application of the air door, the problem of difficult opening and closing of the air door in its application was analyzed. The structure of the air door was optimized, and an auxiliary air door opening device was designed. After testing and application verification, the optimized mine air door has higher opening and closing efficiency, better safety, and easier maintenance, promoting cost reduction and efficiency improvement of mine ventilation work. This optimization design can provide reference for the optimization and transformation of mine air doors under the similar working conditions.
