Abstract:
Traditional mine air doors have low automation levels and require manual opening and closing, resulting in low traffic efficiency, high safety hazards, and high maintenance costs. Based on the application conditions of a certain mine's traditional air door, combined with the structure and application of the air door, the problem of difficult opening and closing of the air door in its application was analyzed. The structure of the air door was optimized, and an auxiliary air door opening device was designed. After testing and application verification, the optimized mine air door has higher opening and closing efficiency, better safety, and easier maintenance, promoting cost reduction and efficiency improvement of mine ventilation work. This optimization design can provide reference for the optimization and transformation of mine air doors under the similar working conditions.
