风电齿轮箱载荷分析及负载效应研究综述

Overview of Load Analysis and Load Effect Research on Wind Turbine Gearboxes

  • 摘要: 风电齿轮箱是风力发电机中的重要部件之一,若其发生故障则会严重影响风力发电机的疲劳寿命和可靠性。该文对风电齿轮箱的载荷规律分析和负载效应进行了系统的文献综述。介绍了风电齿轮箱不同种类载荷规律的研究方法,特别强调了冲击载荷的重要性,提出了基于实测数据应用信号分析和集成学习方法分离载荷的思路;总结了对风电齿轮箱关键部件疲劳寿命有显著影响的载荷种类及负载效应,为准确设计风电齿轮箱并分析其可靠性提供了参考依据。

     

    Abstract: The wind turbine gearbox is one of the important components in wind turbines, and failure of the wind turbine gearbox can seriously affect the fatigue life and reliability of the wind turbine. In this article, a systematic literature review on the analysis of load patterns and load effects of wind turbine gearboxes is provided, and research methods for different types of load patterns in wind turbine gearboxes are introduces, emphasizing that impact loads cannot be ignored. Finally, the idea of separating loads through using signal analysis and integrated learning methods based on the measured data so as to study their patterns is proposed; and the load types and load effects that have significant impact on the fatigue life of key components of wind power gearboxes are summarized. It provides a reference for accurate design of wind power gearboxes and analysis of their reliability.
