旋转叶片有限元模型修正研究

摘要: 针对旋转叶片的振动特性分析,提出了一种将超单元建模方法与改进型正交模型-正交模态法相结合的有限元模型修正方法。以带旋转的悬臂梁模型为例,使用整体建模方法与超单元建模方法分别建模,通过改进型正交模型-正交模态法进行有限元模型修正。结果表明,整体建模方法与超单元建模方法的模态仿真结果的频率差小于2%,且具有相同的振型。整体建模方法的修正误差为0.4%,超单元建模方法的修正误差小于0.1%,且超单元建模具有更好的修正效率。研究结果可为旋转叶片的振动特性分析提供一条有效的技术路径。Abstract: A model updating method is proposed for analyzing the vibration characteristics of rotating blades, which combines the superelement method with an improved cross-model cross-mode method. Taking the cantilever beam model with rotation as an example, the overall modeling method and the superelement modeling method are used to model separately, and the finite element model is updated using the improved cross-model cross-mode method. The results show that the frequency difference between the overall modeling method and the superelement modeling method in the modal simulation results is less than 2%, and they have the same vibration mode. The correction error of the overall modeling method is 0.4%, while the correction error of the superelement modeling method is less than 0.1%, and the superelement modeling has better correction efficiency. It provides an effective technical path for analyzing the vibration characteristics of rotating blades.
