Abstract:
From the perspective of machine tool machining accuracy, an evaluation method of machine tool geometric accuracy based on spatial error model was proposed in this article. The standard parts of test cut presented in JB/T 10793.2-2007 were simulated and machined. The shape tolerance evaluation of the simulation results was carried out, and the evaluation results showed the effectiveness of the method. At the same time, a spatial error model accuracy evaluation method based on machine tool volume error is proposed, the feasibility of this method is preliminarily verified, and the corresponding error threshold is given. This method provides a reference for evaluating whether the geometric accuracy of machine tools can meet the machining needs of different features and for machine tool maintenance.
