Scheme Design of Heave Compensation System for Drawworks of Floating Drilling Ship

  • 摘要: 为提高海洋浮式钻井平台绞车升沉补偿能力,该文在国外单绞车补偿方案的基础上提出一种双绞车补偿方案。该方案中,双绞车同时驱动钻柱运动,游动系统对称设计,使钻机游车滑轮对称运动,双绞车具有传动效率高、钻井作业效率高、安全可靠等优势。同时,配合双绞车提升方案,设计了一种可改变绳系结构的游动轮系,使游车滑轮片由内至外、成对对称地从游车支架脱离并锁死在天车架上,从而实现绳系的灵活变换并提高系统的工作效率。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the performance of heave compensation system of offshore drilling system, a dual-drawworks compensation scheme is proposed in view of single drawworks compensation systems. Through the dual-drawworks drum simultaneously driving the drill string, the motion of the drilling rig hoisting system is completely symmetrical, which provides the special advantages of high transmission efficiency and high safety. Then, to match the dual-drawworks scheme, a hoisting system scheme with variable rope system is designed, which can make the pulley blades on the traveling block symmetrical off the traveling block bracket from inside to outside in pairs, and locked on the crown block platform, so as to achieve the flexible transformation of rope system , and improve the working ability and efficiency of the system.
