Abstract:
In this paper, the current technical status and existing problems of traditional washer-screw combinations in low-voltage electrical components are analyzed. Aiming at the problems of traditional washer-screw combinations, such as lack of anti-loosening functions, heavy wiring operation burden, high labor costs, and easy loosening and disconnection after wiring, etc., a new type of movable washer-screw combination wiring device is proposed in combination with the company developed push-button switch products. By analyzing the design scheme of the new movable washer-screw combination device and verifying it through comparative experiments, it is concluded that the new washer-screw combination wiring device reduces the wiring time by 30% to 50% compared to the traditional washer-screw combination. Both the maximum tightening torque and the maximum pull-out force are significantly better than the traditional washer-screw combination. It provides the method and reference for solving the problems associated with the traditional washer-screw combination applications.
