液压驱动转盘的设计试验

  • 摘要: 该文介绍了一种低转速、大扭矩、结构紧凑、易于安装的液压驱动转盘的研究设计,重点从设备结构、液压系统及控制系统等方面进行了阐述。不仅对液压驱动转盘与传统转盘的特点进行了对比,同时也对所设计的液压驱动转盘与目前市场现有的产品进行了对比。对比发现,所设计产品不仅弥补了目前市场现有液压驱动转盘的短板,并且符合转盘在钻井作业中的应用要求,有一定的推广意义。

     

    Abstract: This article introduces the research and design of a hydraulic driven turntable with low speed, high torque, compact structure, and easy installation. The focus is on the research of equipment structure, hydraulic system, and control system. A comparison is made between the characteristics of hydraulic driven turntables and traditional turntables, as well as between the hydraulic driven turntables introduced in this article and the existing hydraulic driven turntables in the market. Not only does it make up for the shortcomings of the existing hydraulic driven rotary tables in the market, but it also meets the application requirements of rotary tables in drilling operations and has certain promotional significance.
