振动输送机结构设计及原理分析

Structural Design and Principle Analysis of Vibration Conveyor

  • 摘要: 文章基于茶叶厂茶叶输送的难点以及茶叶本身的物理特性,设计了一种振动输送机以满足茶叶输送需求。首先阐述了振动输送机的适用场合,分析了振动输送机的输送工作原理以及物料在振动输送机中的受力情况,总结归纳了各类输送机的优缺点,提出了一种连杆式振动输送机的机械结构,并对其工艺和材质进行了定义。最后对振动输送机进行了运动仿真,探究了影响输送机输送效率的主要因素,所作分析研究为后续振动输送机的优化提供了重要参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the difficulties of tea conveying in tea factory and the physical characteristics of tea itself, a vibration conveyor is designed to meet the needs of tea conveying. Firstly, the applicable occasions of the vibrating conveyor are expounded; the working principle of the vibrating conveyor and the force of the material in the vibrating conveyor are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of various conveyors are summarized. Then, mechanical structure of the connecting rod vibrating conveyor is proposed, and its process and material are defined. Finally, the motion simulation of the vibration conveyor is carried out, and the influencing factors affecting the conveying efficiency of the conveyor are explored. It provides an important reference for optimization of the subsequent vibration conveyor.
