刮板链拆装设备中的螺栓拆装与紧固系统设计

摘要: 为了解决刮板链拆装设备在进行螺栓拆装和紧固作业时由于各种因素导致的力矩不足的问题,该文在现有的刮板链拆装设备机械结构基础上,根据伺服电机闭环控制特点,使用现代机械自动化的设计方法,设计选型出一套以伺服电机为核心的硬件装置。同时设计出一种基于MCGS与PLC的伺服电机控制系统,旨在确保螺栓拆装紧固过程的连续性和可靠性。设计结果表明:该装置有效解决了刮板链拆装设备在螺栓拆装紧固工序中的紧固力矩不足问题,使得刮板链条装配完成后螺栓紧固的一次性成功率提升了约50%,达到了保证产品质量的目的。Abstract: In order to address the issue of insufficient torque caused by various factors during bolt disassembly and fastening operations of scraper chain disassembly and assembly equipment, based on the existing mechanical structure of scraper chain disassembly and assembly equipment, and according to the characteristics of servo motor closed-loop control, a set of hardware devices with servo motor as the core is designed and selected by using the modern mechanical automation design methods. A servo motor control system based on MCGS and PLC is designed to ensure the continuity and reliability of bolt disassembly and tightening process. The results show that the device effectively solves the problem of insufficient tightening torque in the bolt disassembly and fastening process of the scraper chain disassembly and assembly equipment, which increases the one-time success rate of tightening the bolts on the scraper chain after assembly by about 50%, and ensures the product quality.
