Key Technology and Implementation of 310S Stainless Steel Hood-Type Furnace Inner Cover

  • 摘要: 针对某钢厂的310S不锈钢罩式炉内罩易出现的焊缝开裂等缺陷,文章从罩式炉内罩的使用条件、产品特点、材料物理性能等方面进行了分析,通过产品试制总结了下料、卷板、焊接等关键制作步骤中的技术要点和参数,形成了一套适用于生产罩式炉内罩的关键技术,这套技术对于保障内罩的质量、提高内罩在恶劣工作环境下的使用寿命具有重要的意义。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the welding seam cracking and other defects that are prone to occur in the 310S stainless steel hood of a certain steel plant, analysis is conducted from the aspects of usage conditions, product characteristics, and the material physical properties of the hood-type furnace inner cover in this article. Through the product trial production, the technical points and parameters in key production steps such as cutting, rolling and welding are summarized, forming a set of key technologies suitable for producing the hood furnace cover. The set of technologies is of great significance for ensuring the quality of hood and improving its service life in harsh working environments.
