钴基高温合金材质车削加工实践应用

Machining Analysis of Cobalt-Based High Temperature Alloy

  • 摘要: 高温合金材料具有耐高温、硬度大、导热性差等特点。为了解决高温合金材料在加工过程中由于刀具磨损而频繁换刀的问题,该文对刀具材质、冷却方式、切削参数、刀具几何参数及槽加工程序设计等进行针对性分析,并多次进行切削试验,最终通过应用AlCrN涂层、以切削油作为冷却液、优化切削参数及几何角度、创新编制槽加工方法使刀具寿命提升了30%,加工效率提升了20%,所做研究可为类似硬度大、耐高温等材质的切削加工提供相关参考。

     

    Abstract: High temperature alloy material has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high hardness, poor thermal conductivity, and so on. In this paper, targeting the problem of frequent tool replacement due to tool wear during processing, an analysis was conducted on tool material, cooling method, cutting parameters, tool geometric parameters, and the design of slot processing program, and multiple cutting tests were also carried out. Using the AlCrN coating and cutting oil as the coolant, through the methods of optimizing the cutting parameters and geometric angles, and innovative grooving processing, the tool life is increased by 30%, the processing efficiency is increased by 20%. It would provide the related references for turning the similar materials with high hardness and high temperature resistance.
