成型磨齿机D300数控系统升级改造实践

Research on Upgrading Method of D300 CNC System of Gear Profile Grinding Machine

  • 摘要: 从公司2001年安装的德国NILES ZP08成型磨齿机数控系统的升级为例,将原设备老旧的D300数控系统机床升级为国内主流的西门子840D sl数控系统,验证了老旧进口设备数控系统升级的可行性,为相关企业技术升级改造提供了参考。此次数控系统升级方案主要围绕机床的电气控制、机械精度恢复两方面。电气部分即升级该设备的数控系统,再基于新数控系统自行编写开发各种软件包,从而使用户能根据生产需要选择适合的齿轮磨削工艺。机械精度恢复部分即对影响机床加工精度的各轴进行精度恢复,并对设备外围辅助设备开展故障维修。改造完成后的设备加工精度有所提升,故障率大幅下降。此次升级的成功,为国内的老旧设备系统升级提供了一种新的思路和方法,同时也降低了企业的运营成本。

     

    Abstract: Taking the German NILES ZP08 gear profile grinding machine CNC system installed in 2001 as an example, the old D300 CNC system machine tool of the original equipment was upgraded to the domestic mainstream Siemens 840D sl CNC system, which verified the feasibility of upgrading the CNC system of the old imported equipment, and provided a reference for the technological upgrading of related enterprises. The CNC system upgrading plan mainly focuses on the electrical control of the machine tool and the restoration of mechanical accuracy. The electrical part upgrades the CNC system for the equipment, and the users can choose the gear grinding process according to the production needs through combining various software packages written and developed based on the new CNC system. The mechanical accuracy recovery section restores the accuracy of each axis that affects the machining accuracy of the machine tool, and carries out fault maintenance of peripheral auxiliary equipment. After completion of the transformation, the machining accuracy of the equipment has been improved and the failure rate has been greatly reduced. Through the success of this upgrade, it provides a new idea and method for upgrading of the old equipment system in China, and also reduces the operating costs of enterprises.
