采煤机负压二次降尘系统优化及应用分析

Optimization and Application Analysis of Negative Pressure Secondary Dust Reduction System for Coal Mining Machine

  • 摘要: 针对山西某矿所用的采煤机负压二次降尘系统存在的喷雾泵易发生故障、补水系统稳定性及可靠性差、喷咀易出现严重堵塞等问题,该文基于采煤机负压二次降尘系统的应用工况,重点对这些问题进行了改造:用3SP60-15/4.8型高压泵作为二次降尘的水源动力,解决了喷雾泵故障频发问题;通过对补水系统进行自动化、智能化改造,使喷雾降尘系统实现了自动补水;通过改造降尘器喷咀,使降尘系统的喷雾面积变大,实现了扇面达标。综合上述三项改造可知,负压二次降尘系统的降尘效果实现了提质增效,采煤工作面作业环境得到了改善,此改造实践可为类似工况下采煤工作面负压二次降尘系统的改造提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems that the existing spray pump of the shearer negative pressure secondary dust suppression system used in a mine in Shanxi is prone to failure, the stability and reliability of the water make-up system is poor, and the nozzle is prone to serious blockage, transformation was focused on these problems based on the application condition of the shearer negative pressure secondary dust suppression system in this article. The 3SP60-15/4.8 high-pressure pump was used as the water source power for the secondary dust suppression, which solved the problem of frequent failure of the spray pump. Through the automatic and intelligent transformation of the water make-up system, the spray dust suppression system realized automatic water make-up. The spray area of the dust suppression system has been increased through the modification of the nozzle of the dust precipitator, and the sector has reached the standard. After comprehensive renovation of the above three items, the dust reduction effect of the negative pressure secondary dust reduction system has achieved quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, and the working environment of the coal mining face has been improved. This renovation practice can provide reference for the renovation of negative pressure secondary dust reduction system in the similar working conditions.
