带式输送机传动滚筒受力分析及结构优化分析
Force Analysis and Structural Optimization Research on the Transmission Drum of Belt Conveyor

摘要: 为解决带式输送机在运行过程中传动滚筒受力变形损坏问题,该文以传动滚筒为研究对象,采用SolidWorks与Ansys软件建立了DTL120带式输送机传动滚筒的力学模型,并对其开展有限元分析,结果表明:传动滚筒内关键零部件产生了应力集中现象,设备运行的可靠性受到了影响。最后通过对传动滚筒零部件结构尺寸的优化,使其应力集中现象及局部变形情况得到了明显的改善,从而保障了传动滚筒的稳定运行。Abstract: In order to solve the problem of deformation and damage of the transmission drum during the operation of the belt conveyor, the mechanical model of the DTL120 belt conveyor transmission drum was established by using SolidWorks and Ansys software, and finite element analysis was carried out. The results showed that stress concentration occurred in key components of the transmission drum, which would pose a threat to the reliability of equipment operation. By optimizing the structural dimensions of the transmission drum components, the problems of stress concentration and local deformation have been significantly improved, which would ensure stable operation of the transmission drum.
