Abstract:
This paper discusses the key role of automatic production line in metallurgical industry, and analyzes the problems of realizing high precision, high efficiency production, environmental protection, sustainable development and artificial intelligence integration. In response to these challenges, design strategies are proposed, including the use of advanced sensor technology, the development of environmentally friendly materials, the use of artificial intelligence and big data optimization processes, and the design of modular and standardized components to improve the flexibility and reconfiguration of the production line. These strategies aim to provide the metallurgical industry with efficient, environmentally friendly and intelligent automated production line solutions for the future.
