行李系统设备潜在失效模式及后果分析的应用

Application of Potential Failure Modes and Consequences Analysis of Baggage System Equipment

  • 摘要: 该文以FMEA为工具对行李系统设备的日常运维管理进行分析,基于过程数据评估每种故障模式对行李系统运行的影响,制定出一种行李系统故障模式严重程度、故障的可能发生率及探测度的衡量准则,量化行李系统223个组件潜在失效模式的严重度(S)、频度(O)和探测度(D)并计算RPN值。根据评价结果制定行动目标和设备维护策略,从而尽可能地减少或消除故障的发生,减少行李系统的非计划停机,提高行李系统的运行稳定性、可靠性并降低行李系统的总维护成本。

     

    Abstract: Taking FMEA as a tool, aiming at the daily operation and maintenance management of baggage system equipment, the impact of each failure mode on the operation of baggage system is analyzed based on process data; and a criterion for measuring the severity of the impact of the failure mode of baggage system, the possible incidence of failure and the detection degree is formulated to quantify the severity (S), frequency (O) and detection (D) of the potential failure modes of 223 components of the baggage system and calculate the RPN value. Action objectives and equipment maintenance strategies are formulated according to the evaluation results, so as to reduce or eliminate the failures occurrence as much as possible, reduce the unplanned downtime of the baggage system, improve the operational stability and reliability of the baggage system, and reduce the total maintenance costs of the baggage system.
