Abstract:
The working conditions of the electric three-wheeled sprinkler are complex, the frame is its main load-bearing component, and whether the strength of the frame connection structure meets the requirements directly determines its working performance and service life. In this paper, the finite element analysis of the electric three-wheeled sprinkler frame under three typical working conditions is conducted by using the ANSYS software, then, the stress characteristics, the magnitude and location of the maximum stress of the frame connection structure of the electric three-wheeled sprinkler were obtained. It is verified by the relevant experiments that the test results are consistent with the simulation analysis results. The research content of this paper provides a certain technical basis for simulation and analysis of the strength of the frame connection structure.
