舷外机推进系统的弹性传动轴设计研究

Study on the Design of Elastic Drive Shaft for Outboard Propulsion System

  • 摘要: 文章以舷外机推进系统的弹性传动轴为主要研究对象,通过对传动轴的理论强度分析和计算以及静力学分析得出了其危险截面的位置、扭转切应力和最大切应力,并基于计算结果对传动轴进行了有限元分析。所得结论可为舷外机推进系统的弹性传动轴设计提供参考和借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The article mainly focuses on the elastic transmission shaft of the outboard propulsion system. Through theoretical strength analysis, strength calculation and static analysis of the transmission shaft, the position of its dangerous section, torsional shear stress and maximum shear stress are obtained. Based on the calculation results, the finite element analysis is carried out on the propeller shaft. This provides a reference for the design of elastic transmission shafts in the propulsion system of outboard engines.
