Optimal Design of Casing of Three-Cylinder Single-Acting Mud Pump

  • 摘要: 文章以F-2200HL泥浆泵动力端机壳为研究对象对机壳拉杆箱进行设计优化,首先对机壳所受载荷进行分析和理论计算,然后用SolidWorks软件建立机壳的有限元模型,最后使用SolidWorks软件自带的Simulation有限元分析模块对机壳模型进行静力学分析,最终得到机壳的应力和变形大小。将仿真数据与机壳材料的力学性能进行对比分析,验证了F-2200HL泥浆泵机壳优化设计的可靠性,试验结果为其它型号三缸单作用泥浆泵的优化改进提供了参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Taking the power end casing of F-2200HL mud pump as the research object, the luggage case of the casing is optimized. Through analysis and theoretical calculation of the load on the casing, the finite element model of the casing is established by SolidWorks software. Finally, the statics analysis of the casing model is carried out by using the Simulation finite element analysis module of SolidWorks software, then the stress and deformation of the casing are obtained. By comparing and analyzing the mechanical properties with the casing material, the reliability of the casing optimization design of F-2200HL mud pump is obtained and verified, which provides a reference for the optimization and improvement of other types of three-cylinder single-acting mud pumps.
