双电机驱动下的半环形CT绕线装置的设计

Design of a Semi-Circular CT Winding Device Driven by Dual Motors

  • 摘要: 环形取电CT是高压输电线路在线监测产品之非常重要的无源自供电模块。为解决小批量试制或批量生产过程中的半环形CT绕线及匝数自动计数问题并提高生产效率,该文通过漆包线缠绕拉力测量分析、电机扭矩负载能力计算、3D建模、机构运动模拟、电机选型、控制器选型、电子电气元部件选型、机械零部件的结构评估等,实现对绕线装置的设计构思,并实现了直径1.0 mm及以下漆包线的半环形CT绕制应用。

     

    Abstract: Circular power CT is a very important passive self supply module for online monitoring products of high-voltage transmission lines. It is used to solve the problems of semi circular CT winding and automatic counting of turns in small-scale trial production or mass production processes, and to improve production efficiency. By measuring and analyzing the winding tension of enameled wire, calculating the motor torque load capacity, 3D modeling, mechanism motion simulation, motor selection, controller selection, electronic and electrical component selection, and structural evaluation of mechanical components, the design concept of the winding device is achieved, and the application of semi circular CT winding for enameled wire with a diameter of 1.0 mm and below is verified.
