采煤机隔爆电控箱的改进优化设计

Improvement and Optimization Design of Explosion-Proof Electrical Control Box for Coal Mining Machine

  • 摘要: 为了解决矿用采煤机隔爆电控箱受隔爆结合面腐蚀以及箱体螺栓松动的影响而产生的运行可靠性差、安全隐患大等问题,文章基于隔爆电控箱的结构与具体工作原理对其结构及防腐工艺进行了优化,并对改进后的电控箱进行了应用测试。结果表明:优化后的电控箱运行稳定可靠,结合面腐蚀问题及螺栓易松动等问题都得到了解决,该研究可为隔爆电控箱的改进优化提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problems of poor operational reliability and significant safety hazards caused by corrosion of the explosion-proof joint surface and loosening of the bolts in the mining coal mining machine explosion-proof electrical control box, and based on the structure and specific working principle of the explosion-proof electrical control box, the structure and anti-corrosion process of the electrical control box are optimized to improve the explosion-proof electrical control box of the coal mining machine. The improved electrical control box is applied and tested, and the results show that the optimized electrical control box operates stably and reliably, and the problems of joint surface corrosion and easy loosening of bolts are both solved. This study can provide reference for improvement and optimization of the explosion-proof electrical control box.
