某特高压输电线路铁塔塔材断裂原因分析

Cause Analysis of Tower Fracture of Ultra-High Voltage Transmission Line

  • 摘要: 某特高压输电电路在运行过程中,其中1基铁塔发生破损断裂。该文通过对破断部位试样进行宏观检查、断口分析、材质分析、力学性能试验及金相检验,深入分析了其破断原因及过程,并结合实测铁塔材料、力学性能等指标,提出了后期在替换加固措施中的技术要素,对同类型问题处理具有借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: During the operation of an UHV transmission circuit, one of the towers was damaged and fractured. Based on the macroscopic examination, fracture analysis, material analysis, mechanical properties test and metallographic examination, this paper deeply analyzes the fracture reason and process, and puts forward the technical elements in the later replacement and reinforcement measures in combination with the measured materials and mechanical properties of the tower, which has reference significance for treatment of the similar problems.
