线位移传感器输出异常故障分析

Analysis of Abnormal Output Fault of Linear Displacement Sensor

  • 摘要: 该文针对作动筒线位移传感器输出异常故障,建立了线位移传感器断路故障树,并对底事件逐一进行排查及试验验证,最终确定该断路故障是由于线位移传感器未明确两端固定胶带间漆包线的弯曲余量,致使固定过程存在装配预紧力,在装配预紧力和温度环境应力共同作用下,对材料产生不可逆的损伤,最终导致漆包线断裂。而通过消除胶带间漆包线装配预紧力、增加温度筛选试验等措施可以有效解决异常故障。此次分析说明,线位移传感器质量与工艺过程的控制密切相关,应该严格控制工艺过程,确保产品质量的稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the fault tree of line displacement sensor is established for the abnormal output fault of the actuator line displacement sensor. It is determined that the fault is caused by the undefined bending allowance of the enameled wire between the two fixed tape ends of the line displacement sensor, and there is assembly pre-tightening force existing in the fixing process, under the combined action of the assembly pre-tightening force and the temperature environment stress, irreversible damage is caused to the material, which eventually leads to the breakage of the enameled wire. Measures such as eliminating the pre-tightening force of enameled wire assembly between tapes, increasing the temperature screening test are adopted, which are proved to be effective. The analysis shows that the quality of linear displacement sensor is closely related to the process control, and the process should be strictly controlled to ensure the stability of product quality.
