Development and Application of Post-Processing for Huazhong HNC848D Five-Axis CNC System

  • 摘要: 为解决多工序五轴后处理的难题,以国产华中HNC848D五轴后处理开发为研究对象,运用宏程序和自定义程序在Hyperpost模块中编写适合华中HNC848D五轴数控系统后处理文件,重点解决五轴定轴加工、联动加工、固定循环、多工序加工等关键技术。经仿真和实际切削验证,开发的后处理文件正确可行,为不同结构和不同数控系统的五轴数控机床后处理开发提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of multi-process five axis reprocessing, with the domestic central China HNC848D five-axis reprocessing development as the research object, the post-processing file suitable for the central China HNC848D five-axis CNC system is written in the Hyperpost module by using the macro program and custom program, focusing on solving key technologies such as five-axis processing, linkage processing, fixed cycle, and multi-process processing, etc. After simulation and actual cutting verification, the developed reprocessing document is correct and feasible, which provides a reference for the development of five-axis CNC machine tools with different structures and different CNC systems.
