Abstract:
The metallurgical industry, as an energy-intensive sector, is crucial for energy conservation and emissions reduction. In this paper, the importance of energy saving and emission reduction in metallurgical industry is analyzed, pointing out that it is not only the requirement of national environmental protection policy, but also the key for enterprises to improve production efficiency, reduce operating costs and enhance market competitiveness. From the perspective of green manufacturing, the energy saving and emission reduction technology of metallurgical equipment faces many problems, such as gap between the energy efficiency level of existing equipment and environmental protection standards, the lack of real-time monitoring and management of energy consumption, the limitations of waste treatment technology, and low efficiency of resource recovery and low recycling rate. In view of the green transformation and sustainable development needs of the metallurgical industry, by means of introducing new efficient and energy-saving metallurgical equipment, establishing a sound energy management system, developing advanced waste treatment technology, improving the resource recovery rate, and realizing the resource utilization of metallurgical waste, etc., the application effect of these technical paths in metallurgical industry is analyzed in this paper. It provides useful reference and reference for green manufacturing in metallurgical industry.
