沉头连接结构的应力严重系数计算方法

Calculation Method for Stress Severity Factor of Countersunk Connection Structure

  • 摘要: 为了改进传统应力严重系数SSF计算方法在预测沉头连接结构疲劳寿命中精度较差的问题,该文对沉头孔的应力严重系数SSF计算方法进行了研究。首先采用有限元分析获得沉头孔的接触应力区域和沉头连接结构的挤压分布系数,提出了考虑沉头影响的钉传载荷最大应力计算方法和挤压分布系数计算方法;然后结合传统的应力严重系数SSF计算公式,获得了沉头孔应力严重系数SSF计算方法;最后将该计算方法应用于带板沉头连接结构的疲劳寿命预测。结果表明,相较于传统计算方法,文章提出的应力严重系数SSF计算方法在预测沉头连接结构疲劳寿命方面具有更高的精度。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the problem of poor accuracy of traditional method of calculating stress severity factor SSF in predicting the fatigue life of countersunk head connection structure, the paper researched the method of calculating stress severity factor SSF of countersunk head hole. Firstly, finite element analysis was used to obtain the contact stress region of the countersunk head hole and the extrusion distribution factor of the countersunk head connection structure, and a calculation method considering the influence of the countersunk head for maximum stress by nail load and extrusion distribution factor were proposed. Then, in combination with the traditional formula of the stress severity factor SSF, the calculation method of the stress severity factor SSF of the countersunk head hole was proposed. Finally, the calculation method was applied in the fatigue life prediction of the countersunk head connection structure of the strip plate. The results showed that, compared with the traditional calculation method, the proposed SSF calculation method had higher accuracy in predicting the fatigue life of countersunk head joint structure.
