对心曲柄滑块机构在升降结构中的设计与应用

Design and Application of Center-pair Crank-slider Mechanism in Lifting Structure

  • 摘要: 该文以对心曲柄滑块机构中的滑块作为主动件,对曲柄和连杆之间的关系进行了推导,验证了实现精确导线的条件,得出了实现此轨迹曲线所需要的曲柄与连杆之间的关系,得到了运动学方程和轨迹曲线。同时通过仿真分析验证了实际运动轨迹曲线的准确性,并就曲柄和连杆上各点的运动轨迹进行了分析,验证了连杆上精确导线为直线的条件,并得出相关结论。在此理论基础上设计了医用直线加速器盖板升降结构,实现了预期的升降功能,然后进一步对连杆结构进行了仿真,得出连杆强度满足设计要求。所做研究为曲柄滑块机构在升降结构中的应用提供了重要的指导作用。

     

    Abstract: This paper investigated the slider in the center-pair crank-slider mechanism as the driving part, the relationship between the crank and the connecting rod was derived, and the conditions for realizing the accurate traverse were verified, the relationship between the crank and the connecting rod for generating the desired trajectory curve was obtained,along with the corresponding kinematic equations and trajectory curves. Meanwhile, the accuracy of the actual motion trajectory curve was verified by simulation analysis, and the motion trajectories of the points on the crank and connecting rod were analyzed to verify the condition that the precise wire on the connecting rod was a straight line, and relevant conclusions were drawn.Based on this theory, the lifting structure of medical linear accelerator cover plate was designed , successfully achieving the intended lifting function. Further simulations of the connecting rod structure showed that its strength met the design requirements. This study provides significant guidance for the application of crank-slider mechanisms in lifting structures.
