基于质量控制方法的雨刮异响问题研究

Research on Abnormal Noise of Wiper System based on Quality Control Method

  • 摘要: 雨刮系统的连杆总成是由球帽注塑到金属连杆上,它是传递力的重要部件。针对某车型在试制阶段的雨刮系统异响问题,该文采用质量控制方法探究异响产生的原因,对各个末端因素进行了逐个确认,最终明确产生异响的两个直接原因是金属连杆与球帽之间存在间隙以及冲压台阶尺寸不合格。进一步运用5why法分析出导致问题出现的根本原因是注塑参数不佳以及零件尺寸缺乏管控,并据此制定了改进策略,改进后异响问题得到明显改善,为类似机械结构异响问题的研究提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: Ball socket is injected on metal link in link assembly of wiper system, which is an important component to transmit force. Aiming to abnormal noise issue from wiper system during the trial production for a certain vehicle, based on quality control method, confirm every terminal factor one by one, two direct causes were identified: the clearance between the ball socket and metal link, and unqualified the dimension of stamped step. With 5why tool, deeply analyze the root causes:poor injection process parameters and lacking of control for dimension in supplier side, and develop improvement strategies to eliminate abnormal noise, which provides a reference of abnormal noise issue for similar mechanical structure.
