摘要: 压缩机三通阀是制冷系统中的关键组件,其作用在于精确控制制冷剂的流动路径和方向,以确保制冷循环的高效进行。文章以SD-5型压缩机为研究对象,设计了一款T型柱式旋塞三通阀,完成了三通阀的结构设计,并对压缩机三通阀模型进行了静力学分析,揭示了其力学性能,为后续的优化设计提供了指导。研究表明:最大变形的位置为阀体没有连接口的光滑面,最大变形值为0.005 53 mm;最大应力分布在阀体与连接管端口处,为70.278 MPa;最小应力同样分布在阀体与连接管端口处,为8.748 7 MPa。Abstract: The compressor three-way valve is a key component in the refrigeration system, and its function is to accurately control the flow path and direction of refrigerant and ensure the efficient refrigeration cycle. In this paper, SD-5 compressor is taken as the research object, a T-shaped column cock three-way valve is designed, the structural design of the three-way valve is completed, and the static analysis of the compressor three-way valve model is carried out, revealing the mechanical properties of the three-way valve, providing guidance for the optimal design of the three-way valve. The research shows that the position of the maximum deformation is the glossy surface where the valve body has no connection port, and the maximum deformation value is 0.005 53 mm; The maximum stress is distributed at the port of valve body and connecting pipe, and the minimum stress is also distributed at the port of valve body and connecting pipe. The maximum stress is 70.278 MPa and the minimum stress is 8.748 7 MPa.
