刮板输送机驱动链轮结构尺寸的轻量化优化设计

Lightweight Optimization Design of the Drive Chain Wheel Structure Size for Scraper Conveyor

  • 摘要: 为降低刮板输送机驱动链轮的磨损,提高其工作效率,该文对链轮的结构展开了研究。首先应用三维建模软件确定初始建模时链轮和圆环链的五个参数值;然后以此为基础展开仿真分析,确定在链轮链窝附近、链环和链环接触部位以及链传动系统紧边的链环处存在应力集中现象;最后依据优化顺序对这五个变量设计6组轻量化方案,并以方案1的具体优化过程为例,分析得到所有方案的优化结果。通过对比可知:方案1中的结构质量由原来的59.53 kg降为30.06 kg,质量减少占比为49.5%,属于最优方案。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the wear of the drive sprocket in the scraper conveyor and improve its work efficiency,this paper conducted a structural study of the sprocket.Firstly, the 3D modeling software was applied to determine the five parameter values of the sprocket and the circular chain in the initial modeling; Then,based on these parameters, a simulation analysis was carried out, which revealed stress concentration phenomena near the sprocket pockets, at the contact areas between chain links, and on the tight side of the chain drive system. Finally,six lightweight optimization schemes were developed for the five variables following a specific optimization sequence.The optimization process of scheme 1 was taken as an example to analyze and compare all schemes. The results showed that the structural mass in scheme 1 was reduced from 59.53 kg to 30.06 kg, achieving a 49.5% reduction, making it the optimal scheme.
