摘要: 为实现采煤机的智能化截割并降低生产损耗,该文对不同控制策略下的采煤机调速和调高效果进行了仿真研究,提出了一种基于BP-PID控制的采煤机智能截割方案,并开展了牵引调速和调高控制策略的对比分析,研究得出:在调速控制方面,相比于模糊PID控制,基于BP-PID控制的方案响应调节快、控制精度高;在调高控制方面,相比于常规PID、模糊PID控制,基于BP-PID控制的调高轨迹跟踪效果最好,且跟踪误差小,能够适应调高轨迹的复杂变化,此结果对实现煤矿的智能高效开采具有一定参考意义。Abstract: To achieve intelligent coal cutting with a shearer and reduce production losses, this study conducted simulation research on the speed regulation and height adjustment performance of the shearer under different control strategies. A BP-PID-based intelligent cutting scheme was proposed, and a comparative analysis of traction speed control and height adjustment strategies was carried out. The study found that, in terms of speed regulation, compared with fuzzy PID control, the BP-PID-based scheme exhibited faster response and higher control accuracy. In terms of height adjustment, compared with conventional PID and fuzzy PID control, the BP-PID-based method demonstrated the best trajectory tracking performance with smaller tracking errors and better adaptability to complex changes in the cutting path. These results provide a useful reference for achieving intelligent and efficient coal mining.
