基于有限元分析的烧结台车车轮锻件模具优化

The Optimization of Sintering Trolley Wheel Forging Die based on Finite Element Analysis

  • 摘要: 烧结台车是烧结机主要运行部件,其作用是在烧结机头尾轮间组成运行回转链,并在上部水平段承载烧结混合物料。考虑烧结台车车轮需要满足较高的综合机械性能要求,通常采用锻件作为毛坯,并通过机加工成型的方式进行制造。该文基于有限元分析对烧结台车车轮锻件制造工艺进行模拟试验,通过分析模拟试验结果来纠正偏差,为最大限度优化锻模模具尺寸提供了参考和依据。

     

    Abstract: The sintering trolley is a key operating component of the sintering machine,and its main function is to form a rotating chain between the head and tail wheels of the sintering machine and to carry the sintering mixture on the upper horizontal section.Considering the high comprehensive mechanical performance requirements of the sintering trolley wheels,forged blanks are typically used and shaped through machining.This paper conducted a simulation experiment on the manufacturing process of the forged sintering trolley wheel based on finite element analysis. By analyzing the simulation results, deviations were corrected, providing a reference and basis for the optimal design of the forging die dimensions.
