Structural Design Improvement and Performance Analysis of a Multi-Ports Pump

  • 摘要: 多头泵是一款在润滑设备行业应用广泛的产品。该文对一种新型多头泵的结构设计改进和性能分析展开了研究。根据泵芯本体柱塞轴和孔的间隙配合需求,通过不同产品对比测试指出了排量衰减改善的关键点,并给出了合理的设计建议。针对目前市面上多头泵普遍采用的传统泵芯和偏心轴圆盘配合结构所存在的生产复杂性和安装维护缺陷,提出将其设计改进为一种新型的弹簧回复式泵芯和耐磨环偏心轴结构。该新型多头泵具有安装简单、可靠性高、寿命长、排量稳定等特点。

     

    Abstract: Multi-ports pump is a very important product in the lubrication equipment industry. The paper conducted a study on the structural design improvements and performance analysis of a novel multi-ports pump.Based on the clearance fit requirements between the plunger shaft and the bore of the pump core body, key factors for improving displacement decay were identified through comparative testing of different products, and reasonable design recommendations were proposed.To address the production complexity and installation/maintenance issues associated with the traditional pump core and eccentric shaft disc structure commonly used in current multi-ports pumps, a new design was proposed featuring a spring-return pump core and a wear-resistant ring eccentric shaft. This new type of multi-ports pump has the characteristics of simple installation, high reliability, long service life, and stable displacement output.
