Abstract: The existing polishing mechanism tends to form a raised rolling edge around the outer edge of the pipe fitting port when leveling it, which makes the pipe fitting port unsightly; In response to this issue, this article proposes a burr leveling mechanism for steel pipe ports. By designing a grinding disc with a diameter that matches the outer diameter of the pipe port, the pipe port can be polished and leveled while synchronously adjusting the rolling edge pushed to the edge of the pipe through the inner wall of the table. This effectively solves the problem of the existing grinding mechanism easily forming a raised rolling edge on the outer edge of the pipe port when leveling the pipe port, which makes the pipe port unsightly.
