炮弹自动化装填系统设计与分析

Automated Bomb Loading Device for Confined Space in Submarines

  • 摘要: 针对潜艇内空间狭小且人力不足的情况,该文设计一种受限空间内炮弹自动化装填系统。系统采用链条传动将炮弹输送至指定位置,再由二级推弹机构完成推送;同时配置可活动式托弹槽,以适应不同口径的炮弹。该系统结构简单,不影响发射性能,可显著节省时间和劳动力。利用 SolidWorks 建立三维模型并对关键部件进行强度校核分析,结果表明该自动化装填系统能够满足设计要求。

     

    Abstract: In response to the limited internal space and insufficient manpower in submarines, this paper proposes an automated ammunition loading system designed for confined environments. The system uses a chain to drive the shells to a designated position, and then uses a two-stage projectile pushing mechanism to push the shells. It also uses a movable magazine slot to accommodate shells of different calibers. The device system is simple, does not affect the firing of shells, and saves time and labor. By using SolidWorks software to establish a model and conducting strength verification analysis on its key components, it is proven that the automated filling system meets the design requirements.
